Getting dynamite and aether crystals in current version
Which are the best way to grind them?
For dynamite I go over Crowley's hideout but only get like 1-3 for each run.
And for crystals I don't really know how to grind them. As the only information I read about it is to go to the Warden's lab, but I'm too high level to get them to drop.

Perhaps Conflagration east of Homestead for crystals? It's slightly painful to navigate though... literally.

First rift where you do first quest is great and quick source, until you outlevel it, it works again on Elite/Ultimate. Same applies for Warden's Lab.

Conflagration mentioned by Volfogg will work too, but I am not sure about level scaling and it's quite painful to navigate. It's on the way to Valbury though, which should scale up to level 100.

If you own Ashes of Malmouth, then basically everywhere in Malmouth.

Some smaller sources are in Burrwitch Village, Cronley's Hideout.

Most important part is to be cautious so you won't overlevel the location, or they won't drop, otherwise they are very easy to farm.

When I run dynamite, I start at the Four Hills. Almost always get 2-3 dynamite there, then that leads into Crowley's mine where I get at least 1-2 more. I tried incorporating Staunton Mine into the mix but that place averages 1 dynamite a run and I deemed it not worth.

For Aether shards I just run Steelcap in Malmouth. The really big siege enemies frequently drop those. For crystals I'd say the underground transit area before Warden's lab is a good spot. Valbury is also good for crystals if your character can handle the first couple non-roguelike zones.

Of course you can craft both of these, but I simply prefer to farm them to save the mats.

you shouldn't really farm dynamite directly, farm crystals, make dynamite from crystals, it's way more efficient in terms of time/amount since dynamite drops are much much fewer than amount of guaranteed crystals
either do warden lab back wards to devo shrine, if you're too low level for that do warden lab on elite 13 crystals guaranteed,
Conflagration isn't half bad either if you just move fast past the trash, 12 guaranteed crystal formations and 1 stick of dynamite guaranteed (tho some of the crystals can be hard to reach)
or alternatively do Immolation for "alround" farm, caution about the aetherfloor, might be uncomfortable but is perfectly safe with practice, 18 crystal formation guaranteed and 2 dynamites

when i first started i didn't realize you could make dynamite so i farmed cronley for the mob density and decent loot. to this day i have not made one stick of dynamite. i have like 800 just from running all my toons through cronley's hideout. also because it's easy to select quests that takes you to the mines and all 3 of them gives you dynamite. like gnuff said, it's not efficient but it's just how i got so much by not knowing i could make dynamite til later on.

yes, it's actually a fine point, i'm not remotely trying trying to say some can't or isn't "allowed" to not farm dynamite directly, whatever floats one boat in terms of play.
Just that if one cares about amount/time/"efficiency", then crystals becomes better in that sense.

Similarly like how people will generally tell someone to farm SR because it's "best", but there are some SR/Crucible just bore the absolute snot out of, so even if it's much less effective prefer to farm world bosses and chests etc.
And 100% there is absolutely nothing exciting or engaging running Lab or Conflagration for 30mins to an hour to get 300-600 crystals 😅 it's the very definition of "grind"/farming.

So if something else makes that much more tolerable or "fun" to farm, then always do that which makes the game feel most enjoyable to play to you in the long run

So Conflagration is the best bet with my 50ish level character?
And probably should put time aside in ultimate to grind the lab, right?
