Mods that add to character creation?

these sorts of games often lack character creation, I was wondering if there are mods like with Torchlight 2 that give more options to select via character creation? Hair, face etc. Thanks.

There is a hair one and one with wings, not sure how up to date they are though. That's it.

The hair mod doesn't work since many patches ago, but it is included with many compilation mods. Which sucks as I don't want the other stuff, just the hair.
