Conjurer vs Archon Totem Build

Hi! I would appreciate a little advice

I wanted to play a predominantly storm totem build. Something like a tower defense with a bit of this and that in the mix. My initial idea was to go with Conjurer for Solael's Witchfire and Possession. But it seems like Oathkeeper may be an option. I would lose on vit damage from witchfire, but oathkeeper has guardians of empyrion, which like totems scale off player bonuses, plus Ascention looks good for damage bursts

My main argument against oathkeeper is lack of curse of frailties vulnerability upgrade. Crucible seems to be full of enemies that are borderline immune to vit damage. Curse of frailty fixes it somewhat, and oathkeeper doesn't even has that

Any advice on storm totem builds?

oathkeeper has vit RR just like Vulnerability
use the Scion of Dreeg transmuter on empy bros to turn them into acid/vit bois

Wait, you mean Celestial Presence? Does Scion of Dreeg really makes it reduce vit res instead of the usual ele res?

yes, when you take scion of dreeg it swaps the empy bros into a acid vitality "corrupted" version in terms of dmg and also phys/ele->acid/vit RR on celestial presence

This is perfect. Their vit rr is the same as curse of frailty, but it's basically permanent since empy bros are invincible

If you want storm totem based on vitality damage than conjurer is solid pick (with Dark One set)

If you want storm totem based on lightning damage than druid (Ludrigan set) or elementalist (Light's Defender set) are your choice, both extremely strong, both clear all game content (deep shards and all ultrabosses) with easy

Elementalist. You get the totems AND the tornadoes that not only do lightning damage as well but reduce enemy elemental resistance.
