Analog Sticks
Left Click = Weapon Swap
Right Click = Hotbar Swap
I've also dabbled with making "Map Window" a Select/Back long press. Some ARPGs have dabbled with this concept in the past and it's an option if you need to free up another button for an action bar.
Only drawback that I see, dpad buttons aren't recognized with icons on the UI, so health/energy potions won't have an overlay. Would be nice if that was the case.
Also, they just did a minor hotfix (I don't know for what), but if "Evade" Game Actions does not work for you, select Gamepad B as your option, than add Evade as an Extra Command with Regular Press. It will display the B icon again in the UI over Evade.
What keyboard layout has lb, rb, lt, rt, or analog sticks? lmao.
q=for health potion e=for mana potion
f=for pickup items
space still evade
all of this are near to each other, except 6 that would be used for a skilll that has long cooldown.
1234, QWE, ASD > replacing 1234567890 skill button in order
Z > inventory
X > skill
C > codex/character
Tab > Map
R > mana potion
F > health potion
Space > dash
T > Gate
this way i can play with one hand lol, i mean i dont have to look at "I" button for example, just to open inventory, or even "0" to use my last skill, that's too far!!! i literally had to stop and look at my keyboard just to use that?? no thanks
btw many of the main skill i always uses is on Q, W, and E. as well with right click. it's just convenient that way for me. 1-4 usually for passive and ASD is for rarely used/ultimate skill
Each to their own I guess but Ill never understand while people choose to sporadically layout their commands I have a system I pretty much use in every game which allows my left hand to remain at the homekey position and basically never move utilitizing all keys around it.
