Detonation Site? Possible Spoilers maybe

This is in the cave before you enter burwitch where a broken bridge exists and a cave alongside it?

Anyone know what it leads to? I looked on the map, the mines it speaks of appears to be in act 2

You get the explosives in act 2.

The area it leads to is a small dungeon called "sunken reliquary", and is pretty high level. It is great for fast loot runs when you hit level 35, as there usually is 1-3 heroes in there and lots of level 40+ enemies.

Dynamite drops from boths act 2 and 3 just to clear that up.

True, but this post was before act 3 was even implemented.
I guess the update is fine(but as you need dynamite to even get to act 3, I think the notion is a bit pointless).
