Did you start Act 2 with a level 25 character with amazing gear? If so then yes it will be quick to get through everything.

However if you do a clear run through of Act 1 and then Act 2 I believe the time will be quite similar. The devs are also going to be adding more to Act 2 while looking at Dual Wielding Pistols and hopefully Crafting.

So we may see a few more quests and areas to explore/challenge us.
i just realize that we cant repair the bridge near twin falls, so i guess i have done the act 2 on a lvl 35, and here is apparently no secret area or end boss to close that part, and i have not seen any good farming place to get gears of my lvl..! btw is the lvl 35 the max we can have..? was think they were talking about an other 25 more level for the act 2..? but anyway it was fun..! thx

ACT 2 is supposed to be around same length as Act1. Im actually finding the game a bit harder this time around even in Act 1

35 is the max.

Act 2 isn't fully complete since, like Act 1 which didn't have gutworm/depraved sanctuary and several other quests at the start, it will still be added to. The actual core of Act 2 was in a state of release and contains enough content/quests/challenges to be quite enjoyable.

I believe we'll be seeing an extension on Steps of Torment and also may see some more quests in Act 2 judging from dev posts.

i have found 2 caves that spawn decent boss fights and good loot... will update once i remember route.

head to Akovorian foothills, head west up hill just south of camp, was a quest here to kill a dude that stole loot... now just at the part where u go down on the right is a small open space with a waterfall.. just there is a cave with ghosts.

Just found another great place. level 38+ near broken hill teleport look for steps of torment

Sunken Reliquary though sadly the boss room is blocked by debris so I guess it needs to be fixed.

As it is a secret area I will only mention that it is in Flooded Passage.

Are you trolling? Because theirs no fricking way you could be done with Act 2 when it was just released. And the short answer is no it’s not shorter. It’s about the same in size and content.

It was released yesterday(about 24 hours ago). If you choose to dash through, 1 act would probably take 6-8 hours, depending on the gear you already have. So with no grinding, only questing, it should be possible.

That is not to say that all content is played through though. There are probably several hidden areas that only few have found yet.

my advice is to start a fresh char, and keep it self found, the reason being, if people are playing with high level chars and with good equipment, then act 2 will feel short, as you will have out leveled it, or out classed it, as a lot of gear will be used for later, act 3 and beyond,

if you want to help the devs, I suggest play a self found char, like if you are playing the game for the very first time, the difficulty will be a lot better, (maybe harder) and you might enjoy the content a great deal more.

dont forget, there is act 3 and higher difficulties.

That is my advice. I think if you are using a previous toon and finding it easy, that is why, start a fresh,

So with a fresh character I finished both acts save for the jelly quest in about 10-11 hours combined, this also included some farming and running some bosses twice for fun etc.
I am glad that the game does not feel as drawn out as TQ with it's first act :P
Edit: Also entirely self found.
Also the new dual weilding is great.

Highly impressive that you have found so many blue items in 11 hours on one toon.
And what is the item to the left of the belt? Is it something quest related?
Finchy Feb 27, 2014 @ 9:34am
It's like those artifacts in Titan Quest, I found this one randomly or got it from a quest, I actually don't remember and only just saw it in my inventory screen. It gives +4% spirit, phys and cunning.. or something like that.
Also bosses and champion mobs been dropping blues left and right. Especially Rifles and Guns.. that got annoying quickly cause I don't use those at all.

I've heard a fwe people say they felt it was short, I on the other hand felt like it was alot longer.I explored everything and sure i missed some things and i spent a solid 6 or 7 hours on it.
