However if you do a clear run through of Act 1 and then Act 2 I believe the time will be quite similar. The devs are also going to be adding more to Act 2 while looking at Dual Wielding Pistols and hopefully Crafting.
So we may see a few more quests and areas to explore/challenge us.
Act 2 isn't fully complete since, like Act 1 which didn't have gutworm/depraved sanctuary and several other quests at the start, it will still be added to. The actual core of Act 2 was in a state of release and contains enough content/quests/challenges to be quite enjoyable.
I believe we'll be seeing an extension on Steps of Torment and also may see some more quests in Act 2 judging from dev posts.
head to Akovorian foothills, head west up hill just south of camp, was a quest here to kill a dude that stole loot... now just at the part where u go down on the right is a small open space with a waterfall.. just there is a cave with ghosts.
Just found another great place. level 38+ near broken hill teleport look for steps of torment
Are you trolling? Because theirs no fricking way you could be done with Act 2 when it was just released. And the short answer is no it’s not shorter. It’s about the same in size and content.
That is not to say that all content is played through though. There are probably several hidden areas that only few have found yet.
if you want to help the devs, I suggest play a self found char, like if you are playing the game for the very first time, the difficulty will be a lot better, (maybe harder) and you might enjoy the content a great deal more.
dont forget, there is act 3 and higher difficulties.
That is my advice. I think if you are using a previous toon and finding it easy, that is why, start a fresh,
I am glad that the game does not feel as drawn out as TQ with it's first act :P
Edit: Also entirely self found.
Also the new dual weilding is great.

And what is the item to the left of the belt? Is it something quest related?
Also bosses and champion mobs been dropping blues left and right. Especially Rifles and Guns.. that got annoying quickly cause I don't use those at all.
