How do I get restless remains?

I found a recipe for the storms edge sword, i don't have any restless remains though. Where do i get them?

They can drop and be brought from Reddan and two other vendors, the one in Steps of Torment and the hidden one in the Blood Grove. Usually you craft them though if the relevant blueprint drops from ectoplasm and corpse dust iirc.

ah, i haven't seen the blueprint i guess, iddn't know it was bluebrint, i will look into vendor purchasing. i only need 1.

Any undead mob, just run Spined cove and both undead dungeons. its a semi-rare item, not as rare as wrathful ectoplasm. :P

I managed to snag some in the Rotting Croplands and the Undercity. Only now just managed to make my first completed version. Found a tortured soul fragment before I could finish it, strangely enough :v
