Bolla 'the raven'

So one of the bounties that you can get from Devils crossing is for Bolla the Raven, and shes supposed to spawn in the Staunten mines near the old Arkovia rift gate.
The problem however is that no matter how many times I go to Staunten mines she never spawns, instead I get a different enemy her named Halion 'the rat', EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
But I also can't abandon the bounty, meaning I'm stuck with this bounty that I can't finish, meaning that I can't grind reputation with Devils crossing as quickly as I should be able to.

this is the wrong mine. The necessary one is located near the Roveri camp, which is located below the Old Arcadia.

The mine near the Rover camp is Staunten mine

Try the other mine just in case.

This is apparently the one. But if you're not finding her then try another underground in the hills nearby just in case... I guess.
