Problem in block door gate
Hi i have big problem,how open gate in a3 this door is locked i have only quest blood harvest ,too late for rescue,how open this stupid gate

The gate opens with Captain Somer's permission, and she will allow you through once Ulgrim returns to Homestead. If you have not taken/completed Ulgrim's quest, go talk to him in Deadman's Gulch, then talk to him again on one of the higher balconies in Homestead, behind Captain Somer.
