Quest - Precious Resources - Deliver supplies to Homestead?

The quest "Precious Resources" at Fort Ikon has you collect supplies after which you have the objective to either return them to the quest giver or deliver them to Homestead.

I wanted to deliver them to Homestead, but don't see any way to do so. I'm fairly certain I spoke to every at Homestead, even going so far as to visit the named farmers out in the fields, but hadn't found anyone that I can mention the supplies to.

I attempted to talk to the quest giver at Fort Ikon thinking that it may give me a choice to send them to Homestead from there and saving me the trip, but when I talk to them they ask me if I found the supplies and my only response option is "yes, here they are" which leads me to believe that clicking it will give the supplies to the Black Legion.


How exactly do you give the supplies to Homestead? I must have overlooked something...

I was thinking the same thing. But aside from the quest objective and a throw-away line from the quest giver it seems that the intended course is to give the resources to the Black Legion.

Maybe there is meant to be a choice but it hasn't been implemented yet?

Thanks for the response. So talking to the quest giver does simply lead to giving it to the Black Legion?

I'm going to assume then that it was an oversight and didn't make it into this build. I think I'll hold onto it so that once it does become available I can try it out.

Yeah. I couldn't find any option for actually giving the supplies to Homestead either.

Strange that you can't deliver to Homestead though, cause turning it in at the Black Legion camp actually reduces your Homestead rep.

Is this in the current build? If so who / where in Homestead?


I've talked to everyone I could find in Homestead, even the named farmers out in the fields, and wasn't able to find anyone to turn it into. I'll have to go through and check again, but I did two passes and missed them both times if thats the case.

EDIT - Nevermind. I called up the game again and went to Homestead and immediately see the large gold star icon over Maria Oldbarrow. I can't fathom how I could have missed that the first two trips through the town. I even passed through that building. Maybe I need to get my eyes checked...

If anyone's still wondering, you deliver to Maria Oldbarrow who is stood on the wall/battlements nearest the rift.

Actually, I believe she's inside the building there with some other civillians and not actually on a wall.

Are there any benefits to supporting one of the town factions? I'm reading the quest log and all it tells you to do is decide. But if there's a risk of lowering one of the reputations, who is going to be more helpful in the end?

You do lower the other faction, just like when you choose Outcast vs Legion or Kymon vs DV. In my case, I gave it to the Legion because it is much harder to get rep with them, and I was already honored with Homestead.

Its just a tradeoff in reputation gain / loss. Giving it to one faction will boost their rep and lower the others. Additionally, there is different dialogue / reaction to your decision, but it doesn't alter any story / side quests.

You don't get access to anything or denied access to anything so it really doesn't matter which who you side with in the long run.
