Hargate's Isle trapdoor (how to open it?)

I come across a trapdoor at Hargates Isle (got there by a little boat) and i have no idea how to open it. Since the isle itself located at the very begining of the Devil's Crossing, i thought that this basment will be avalible preety soon, but now im at the end of Burrwitch and its still locked. The Strange Key wont open it. Will it open later or am i missing something?

You need honored reputation with Devil's Crossing. Once you have that, Kasparov will give you a quest which unlocks the trapdoor.

You also need to do a quest to get Kasparov three dynamites first to unlock the quest that opens the trapdoor.

if you find it hard or slow to get honored status with Devils Crossing, i believe if you just progress on to Elite instead this quest/island trap door will unlock just as part of regular quest progression without/less strict reputation demand requirements, for elite mode only (then you can ofc jump back to Norm and do it there again when honored)
so depending on "rep grind" tolerance, might just be easier to progress through normal onto Elite
(tho tbh Honored isn't all that hard to get even on first char imo, -just keep clearing Cronley's Hideout)

Yeah, but the question is - is it better to look for an old thread which may or may not have the answer or just start another thread which asks the same question and will get the same answers?

As someone who constantly finds herself repeating those same answers whenever new threads are started I'm inclined to favour people who do make use of the search function first before they ask.

Another thing about it, is that if you starting a new thread, at least make sure that it's name is relevant enough for easy search. There is a lot of threads named like "what do i do?" or "wtf do i go pls halp" wich only gonna spawn more of those.

Lmao.. if you look at the starting date and follow the timeline this thread has now seen a grand total of three necros.

Once a year since its birth it has been necroed. There should be some kind of award for that maybe. Or maybe Zantai should just lock this one and let it sink into the deep.
