Getting this full set took some doing. A boss dropped the cuirasse, another the blueprint for the hood. Eventually I had 4 pieces, but the damned spaulders wouldn't drop for anything, I finally cheated. I went on the FG Transmuter quest, crafted an extra hood, then blew 8 Eldritch essences transmuting the extra hood until I finally got the spaulders. Whew!
I was being facetious.
and don't worry so much about the lvl 94 variant, the lvl 75 version should carry you well enough into lvl 100/Ultimate if you tweak with components and augments if/where/when as needed
now you just gotta get hungry for SR 50 so you can get tons of "free" eldritch essence per character in the barn

I guess it pretty much depends on what I am fighting and the chance of a critical hit. Little or no critical hit chance favors the Skyfallen; decent critical hit chance, I should use Stormseeker?
even the 94 Ultos doesn't hold up against a perfect affixed MI/Stormhalberd, what you are after is the bonuses which will be more noticable on the lvl 94 set, for straight up raw dmg it's hard to compete against the stormhalberd, specially when it suddenly takes away +8 PS on top of everything else (losing +8 to primal strike will be less influential when you are hardcapped "as is" with PS without the halberd)
I'm not using it for the small fire damage, I am using it because that Seal also adds 50% to Lightning damage. I compared it to the component I was using before, an Atttuned Lodestone, and the total damage went up.
OK, conversion of physical damage in this case is almost irrelevant; I am doing a whopping 20 physical damage, which is essentially nil. Mind you, I am still tweaking this character, so I might pop the Seal of Skies back in for comparison.
As part of the tweaks, I just replaced Focused Rage with the Glyph of Sudden Strikes, which adds a hefty 300% to weapon damage. IMO, this favors the Skyfallen Halberd.
I'm swapping around a lot of stuff ... rings, leg/hand/foot armor, augments ... tying to find a good balance between offence and defense/resists.
Also, why do you say Amber is better then Destruction? Amber only adds 25% to Lightning and electrocution, destruction adds 50%.
^again seal of skies is what you want, no idea why you had it in your uploaded build but switched it in game, seal of skies was the correct choice
and the reason you are seeing 3-24 phys dmg is you are looking at page 2, on grimtools, not ingame - for whatever reason; grimtools is unable to account for your slotted skill and its dmg, and will only ever show you basic weapon dmg breakdown. that's why you always have to look directly ingame of an assigned skills dmg breakdown
