Kaisan, the Eldritch Scion

Kaisan spawned on me during the Preemptive Strike quest in the Tomb of Ariath.
Needless to say, I hightailed it out of there ASAP!
That Tomb is way, WAY to small to avoid Kaisan's green shards.
Leave the center circle area with green shards in it, Kaisan follows, attack a bit, and have to go back to the center circle with green shards still in it. LOL 😊

You can kill the green shards?
If ones weapon DPS damage alone is 68K, how fast could one take a shard out?

GT says they have 550k HP at level 100, which is about the same as an avg Hero class mob

*even if you can't kill them there is a limit, so like, you can just "wait them out",
he spawns crystals in the centre of the tomb, run to right branch, fight him for 30 secs, he plops down more crystal, run to the north branch, fight him 30 seconds, he plops down new crystals; centre crystals are now full despawned either by timing out or him resummoning
run to the left branch, he summons crystals; right branch crystals is now despanwed, etc

I wasn't able to complete the Preemptive Strike quest and I stopped GD for the day after that. So, if Kaisan spawns again in there while I'm doing that quest. I'll follow your methodology.
My Vindicator has over 17K HP and a boat load of HP regen, so I should be able to survive doing as you suggested.... as long as I don't get stupid. LOL

EDIT: In case someone didn't know. I figured this out myself a week or so ago.
Inquisitor skill: Storm Spread.
At 20%, if you hold down your left mouse button and wiggle your cursor in the mobs. Storm Spread fires off a LOT.

his sunder is on his belly burst, which is pretty fast when the warning animation triggers, if doable just evade through him (since it shoots forward and now you stand behind him)
if you do get sundered just dont' go long range/dance around him in mid to close but not melee range until it wears off (if you go long range you trigger his doom bolt)

My Vindicator is using a crossbow and my crossbow play style is primarily medium range, so I should be good to go.

Perfect.
I'm currently sitting at 7 points.
Which includes plus bonuses to Storm Spread and Inquisitor. 😊

Okay, Kaisan showed up on me in the Tomb of Nephos this time.
He really wasn't all that difficult for my Vindicator.
His Green Shards didn't affect my character all that much.
I attest it to all of the HP Regen this character has.
I dropped my DPS from 68K to 64K to gain even more HP Regen.
It took 5 to 7 minutes to take him out.

wind devil dmg doesn't stack btw, just in case you feel like spending those 15pts where they might add more utility

I've been mainly using the Wind Devils for Crowd Control and Boss Resist Reduction.

I have to say, Constellation Arcane Bomb is not all that great when one compares it to Murmur (Rumor).
Arcane Bomb gets randomly placed on the ground and enemies have to step on it.
I'm too busy fighting enemies to coax them onto the bombs.
But Murmur, you hit a crowd with it and bubbles are bubbling all over the crowd. 😊
