So i just did the last quest of the kymon faction..
And i was wondering... Oh, by the way, what is up ahead is SPOILER if you haven't been doing their quest yet. So... Yeah... I'll... Just... ... Ok. Now that the one who doesn't want to be spoiled aren't here. Here goes my question :

After meeting the "messenger", and got a hold of the truth, i'm being given the choice to tell the "chosen" or not, about all of this.

.... But, what will it does? What type of reward will i got? It is worth it or not? Or does it do nothing at all?

It doesn't seem to be any difference what you tell other than you'll get a different reaction from Messenger/the father.
