Bloody Whetstone?
Have 2 lvl 60s and 1 lvl 69 and not a single bloody whetstone drop. Where can I farm it?

It's crafted, so you need to hunt down the recipe.

All the prevoius hard to find can be bought at respect standing other than dreadskull /hallowed ground / symbols of sol .

There are 83 components, you cant buy them all. I have 42 different ones and have yet to see others at all, even in the factions.
