Skeleton key

i have done all quests im lvl 55 yet i do not have the recipe to craft this key..... can some one help

Finish Steps of Torment
You get a key + recipe when you beat the guy on the 3rd floor.
You need to find some ghost dude first for a quest

i killed the guy in the 3rd floor but i dunno where the ghost is then

Search outside Arkovian Undercity. That is actually where the quests starts.
(You should get a quest to kill 3 dudes in Arkovian Undercity.) Then, after you've done that the ghost should appear outside the entrance of SoT, and give you another quest to kill the main priest. After you kill the priest he will be in that same room and give you a key and recipie for key.

That's too far north, look further south. Couple of screens away to the east from the southern entrance to the undercity.

thx man got it now and int the prosess of doing so, i found a legendary 2h weapon finely an upgrade on my lvl 35 green one@!!

Ah, my bad. I should have added some info to that link. Despite you already having the answer, I'll explain myself anyway: If you scroll down on that link you see a screnshot of the map, which shows the entrance to the arkovian undercity ... next to the name you see 2 blue dots, which are the NPC's you get the quest from. One of the two is Kalderos, who later appears at the steps of torment.

it's not possible. He completed the quest and used the key (or the recepie). Skeleton key is no longer shown at the blacksmith and the quest is long gone. I'm at level 56 and have the same problem myself, cannot enter level 4 SOT.

I also want to complete the mission : Secrets of the lost

which says acquire the archives of fate untold. U need a skeleton key for it, and this mission is bugged.

Fix it.

ye it was by own misstake. Skeleton key is obtainable. I appologize.
