Nope most drops are random and can be found anywhere in the game. The expansion name against an item in grimtools just indicates that it was added to the game in that expansion.
I've noticed the adjustments to pets are significant and make their special attacks viable, thanks for continued improvement!
There's another item that lowers that requirement iirc.
Pet attributes only affect pets. they do not affect players.
The only way you can have pets that scale off player bonuses is by equipment, constellations, or skills that spawn those pets. Such as Empyron for Oathbreakers. by comparison, those pets are very few.
What i am asking for is a constellation that adds X% of total pet bonuses to the player character. Examples for something similar in other games would be Spiritual Aid or Spiritual Command from Path of Exile. Sure, we could add another pet set to the gear mountain, but i think having the constellation is a far more meaningful option. Especially if its used as a 10-15 point node.
I dont want to run around with a managerie of pets. I want one, maybe two big good boys/girls that go on my adventure and feel like they contribute and can do endgame content. That currently doesnt feel that way with any of the base pets: Briarthorn, Hellhound, Familiar, or Skeletons. they lag behind or you do. There is no happy medium. Just an unhappy one.
Just that it's pushed back to 2025.
