wasd is for top down shooters... grim dawn is an arpg... you click with mouse. or use gamepad.
i'm confused :D i wish i could help you...
also worth to note, you don't actually have to "click move" as such in Grim Dawn. There are 2 aspects to this, one is "clicking" in the sense you just hold down the LMB, you don't have to constantly click it. The other is you don't have to use the mouse buttons like at all, although it will be easier on some skills.
You can assign move to ex W, hold that down and your char will move in whatever direction the cursor is pointed. You can also just not use "clicky" attack skills on mouse buttons and have them on keyboard/hotbar. And i think there is even a keybind to interact with objects including NPCs? which means you'd basically never have to click at all if you so wished(i think?)
In general i think the most overlooked aspect is simply just the hold down LMB/not letting it go to click on every move and every attack (tho suppose assigning move to a keybind is probably also somewhat overlooked)
oh ok, i learned something new... sry i'm an oldschool chimp using a mecha keyboard and mouse :D
I only knew about it because I saw it advertised years ago on Youtube. I finally decided to order one last night.
Magicka and The Ascent are twin stick. 9 parchments is also twin stick. these are technically not a part of this genre.
