Farming Help - Blueprint: Glacier

Anyone know a good place to farm this? I've been hitting Warden and Hideout for a few hours, nothing. It is 100% random in the world or is there an area with a higher drop chance? Any advice for farming this would be awesome.

It's 100% random, but the devs have just put in a system that reroll a blueprint once if the first roll got you something you've already learned.

Try quests that reward blueprints like Origin of the Slith.
And If you've already done those quest, well, create a new character and do those quests.
Glacier is quite a low level relic and it's blueprint became rarer to drop for higher level characters.

And what about the Guile blueprint? It's the only component I need for creating the Deathchill relic but I can't find this blueprint anywhere :(

Devil's Crossing. Kasparov dude will give you the quest when your reputation is high enough.

Nemesis enemies seem to have a high chance to drop blueprints. Well, their chests do.

And maybe the quest that let you gather 3 passages from the Undercity also gave blueprints. I'm not sure anymore since I've got only recipe for some potion the last few times I did it. I'm sure that this quest once gave blueprint, though.
Maybe it still do and I just happened to get recipes everytime lately or maybe it's changed.

BP are just a random drop from the loot tables. Farm UC since there is an abundance of bosses in it. I have gotten recipies from shrines, bosses, and chests. And it could very well be that recipe drops are based on char level since why drop a low level relic BP for a char in ultimate?

Farm heroic enemies( orange named and has a star hovering over them). Steps of torment death room has many. lol.

If you kill Anasteria, farm her. At nemesis level , her dungeon instance will have lots of heroic enemies too and her loot drop status will be promoted to magnificant spoils.

Other than that, you can try the special wares vendors like Benevald (Blood Grove) and Marris Kas (Steps of Torment - Anguish) and Karros Adal (Bastion of Chaos - Entropy) . I think I managed to buy a few relic recipes from them, random goods.

without nemesis status it could be a long road to farm all or one specific blueprint.
best and fastest possibility BPs to farm is here ..Smuggler Pass and the Troll Boss.
BUT
I would highly recommend to max u Cronleys Gang reputation and farm their nemesis.
Nemesis Chest contains at my beginning 100% a BP. Meanwhile, after more than 50 runs, roughly every 50%

I'm just shy a few componants to making the deathchill relic. I got me some blueprints for everything.....I guess I could focus making one my next time playing.

by far the easiest dude to farm for low level relic plans,
running the guy in blood grove takes way longer and is never guaranteed a blueprint, same with merchant in Sots
Killing nemesis and/or looting higher level dynamite treasure troves might yield a potentially high chance for blueprint, but seems the time can be, at times, better spend farming Steelcap merchant
log in check, not right blueprint?, log out, repeat, shouldn't take long,
-the lower level relics (in my experience) seems to be prioritized faily well at that merchant, so good chance of getting it, and speedily too since he sometimes have multiple blueprints at once

I just checked his inventory and he sold Glacier (which I already knew :P), picked up an extra copy.

I've historically had good luck with blueprints by running crucible... on the lowest difficulty, I could typically get a blueprint on every run (getting through all the waves).
