Frozen Heart for a Shrine

Been trying to farm frozen heart for a shrine, no luck so far. Wiki says it drops from the slith at Wightmare, is that still true? I also assume the slith are the snake hybrids since it doesn't say slith in their names.

Yes Slith are the naga looking man-serpents. As for the drop rate, I can't help you. I don't know exact drop formulas, I know certain things has much less droprate than they used to have, I for example couldn't find any Severed Claws since b30 I had to craft them.

Just keep playing and let the shrine be for the moment (its marked on the map). You will get a heart eventually, since those slith mobs can be found in other areas as well.
Furthermore, if you dont allready do it ... play on veteran, since there are more (and slightly harder) mobs there, the chance to obtain components (or drops in general) is higher.

Im playing on veteran, it finally dropped from one of the slith. Thanks for all the input guys.

You can also craft a lot of the components at blacksmith.
Not sure whether you can craft everyone you'll need for shrines or not though.

Hargates Isle is great place to farm those. Its a small location, packed with slith and its fast to get there. Just keep farming and restarting and you get some of those in notime. Also you can try to go at the dungeon under Devils Crossing. Theres enought of slith at second floor and a boss at the end.

There are quite some items needed to activete shrines that cannot be crafted (including frozen hearts).
It depends on luck wether you drop them or not. However, as for stuff like frozen hearts etc ... the longer you play (with more characters) the more of those components will most likely be in your shared stash (if you store them there).
There are exceptions though like "Blood of Ch'thon" etc that cannot be stored in shared stashes.
