Devotion Shrine Twin Falls/Old Arkovia? (normal)

Hey people, before build 31 there was a devotion shrine between Old Arkovia and the Twin Falls rift gate. Now this part doesn't exist in the game anymore. Does anyone know where the shrine went or was it simply removed from the game?

Broken Hills Rift -> Enter the Arkovian Undercity, leave it through the second exit and you will find the shrine. After the b31 update the Twin Falls Rift showed as a question mark on my map and I found that there is no direct connection between Old Arkovia and Twin Falls anylonger.

New shrine is in the ruins of old city on the surface.
