Living Armor and Sacred Plating
I know the drops are RNG, but are some areas better than others to get the Blueprint drops for these two components?

I'm doing my first complete play through on HC and since HC and SC don't share the same stash, I've been playing like I first installed GD with zero, is why I ask. 😊

SR 75-76 on Normal or Monster Totems on Elite/Ultimate
bosses or heroes or treasure troves work too, but the above has the best rates

Ooof, I was afraid that was going to be the answer.
I really, really, really don't like all of those (death) pools and pulsating (death) nubs in SR. LOL

SR 75-76 on Normal is very easy and safe, possibly might even be safer than some unlucky totems on Ultimate depending on build :claugh:

I'll wait a bit before I attempt higher chunks in SR.
My character is currently 82nd level in HC Elite.
Although all of my Resistances are 80% and Chaos 83%, I have 3 each Scaled Hide's installed, my AR is only a bit over 1800.
I prefer to wait until I have a higher AR in HC.

3x scaled hide is a waste btw, you can safely swap 1 to something else, only need scaled hide in legs/shoulder

Why is 3 a waste?
I'm already at 80% with all of my resists even with the 3 scaled hides and I am unable to over cap any of my resists at this time, due to lack of gear drops, everything being self found and all.
NOTE: I am using a kind inquiring voice when I write my question. 😊

because 2 scaled hides brings you to 98%, which is plenty, and the chest slot is precious for the limited types of comps you can slot there with better value than covering the last 2%(which isn't necessary)

When I find something better than what I have now, I'll prioritize the chest armor as you write here. 😊
