*not my vid, i prefer to do Ravager of Flesh since i find it easier
The superboss is totally doable, u need to basically go all in once u step out from totems and if u can somehow avoid sunder in meantime too, it's the highest end content so it's definitely not for everyone or faint of heart as they call it.
I just did Callagadra too. I died at its 20% hp because I grow tired again to repeat the same motions. Any boss that takes 10+ mins are not doable to me. I mean it's killing my eyes XD. So I don't think I will be doing these bosses any more. Too bad I won't be able to get that last piece of Ravager purple helm. I am not looking for challenge, just need their items to play different builds.
anyway, if you're char is taking 10mins to kill the, i'd run out of patience too, and then i consider my char not optimized enough/too low dmg and tweak it accordingly (assuming is interested in doing so/i cba to get the dmg to kill celestials in decent time)
im guessing it trigger with how far you ware from ravager.
May I ask how much dps is it to do it in 3 min? I am using a primal strike that has around 170k I think and it's taking forever to do damage.
Share your build here honestly, cuz it's hard to tell why u struggle although it's quite normal since we are talking bout big foes here...
Consistent dps means you need to shred 95-100% resistance and be able to have nearly 100% uptime on it. And the OA to actually hit/crit. And every time you need to move is also a cut in dps (unless DoT build
Basically, I'd worry less about sheet dps and just meet the benchmarks on RR, OA, and defenses.
Ravager of flesh = +bleed damage, energy leech, and aura that shoots projectiles with big OA debuff, helmet has +% health and vitality resist
Ravager of soul = +aether damage and some cold damage, big damage reduction and accuracy debuff pools, and invincible wraith spawns that can sunder and shred your resists, helmet has adcth and aether resist
Ravager of mind = +elemental damage and some poison, spawns totems that remove your buffs, and heavy slow and DA debuff, helmet has +% defensive ability and chaos resist
That's why Flaming is mention RR, resist reduction, you could have 170k sheet dps but half or 1/3rd or less *effective* dps if you ex don't have RR to debuff enemy with. And that can then drag out a fight like Celestial/Superboss that has 95% resist
Bludbonez here would not be that cheesy would he? Guess what? It WORKS!

I fought Ravager of Minds (purple version just for your sake and got the helmet). You can improvise, but as you see I gathered around just enough RR (small skeletons, Arcane bomb, Haunt ring, Spectral wrath).
Hope some of the insight helps.
