Controller not working for Legion Go

I have steam input turned on, tried it with it off, the controller worked in the menu but not in game, ideas?

tried checked/unchecked the ingame settings controller box at the bottom of keybind settings, and then with steam config controller profile on/off?
game natively supports X input, so if Lenovo is using something custom you might have to either adapt it in the steam config/try custom stuff, or not use config and see if that does it

I'm not sure why it didn't work the first time, but just restarting the game it picked it up thank you.

I had the same issue (controls working only in Legion app and not in any other - steam, epic etc.) - it seems that Legion Space or what is the main app called took over the controllers, for me the issue was solved once I turn off the Legion App, now the controlles are working just fine (I also enabled all possible options for controlles in Steam options, but I think the main app was at fault). I hope this helps :) 

Also check if the FPS switch on right controller is turned off

Kvetak thank you! You are the only one who has been able to explain it to me. I’ve gone 3 weeks without playing my legion - cause I was too stupid! Thanks again!
