Where to farm totems?

I have read a few guides, but there is one problem. Nearly all of them mention most efficient spots to get totems, such as broken hills and twin falls, but sadly, they are not that comfortable for my build, cause there is a chance of ghost-regenerator, that i just cannot kill. Can you advise some spots with beast/etherial/cthonian totems which are efficient-ish (at least on "flooded cave" level )

You might dont like an answer, but it would be more practical to revise your build. You already mentioned this issue, so try to get some resistance reduction to bypass 109% resist to bleed. "Tip the scales" devotion for example. If you ignore the problem you will hit another wall later.

arkovia is the fastest and nearest but you can also try malmouth, necropolis and blood grove because you can always see the totem in map from portals.
