言語がかえられません

息子とマルチをしようと久々に起動したのですが、言語変更しようとしても出来ません。
そもそも設定を変更しても元に戻ってしまいます。
どうすればいいでしょうか

*language/settings is in options.txt so can try delete that instead of keybinds (still check the WD/antivirus exclusions)

keep in mind just deleting the file is a quick "dirty" fix and not a permanent solution for all people
if the issue comes back it indicates windows defender or antivirus might be interfering and should try the other solutions mentioned in teh link
