fun, imo Nightblade is the best, but i'm biased, wont be as flashy but its use of wps, melee cooldown skills and shadow strike is hard to beat entertainment wise for me
caveat then being Nightblade doesnt' actually pair well for Primal Strike shaman during levelling
Currently level 60 and has a high survivability as long as you don’t face tank everything.
You do need to move when a creature throws something on the ground under you or if you get sundered.
But for the most part throw down a Vitality Storm Totem and a Wendigo Totem. Toss in a Devouring Swarm and hammer away with Amarasta’s Blade Burst.
I get Health Steal from the Shamans Wendigo Totem and Devouring Swarm.
Health Regeneration from the Nightblades Pneumatic Burst.
My Devotions I prioritized to be more than one Life Steal, Health Regeneration, and Vitality Damage.
I’m near the point to repeat grind the Feral Thicket to speak with Vinelton and hopefully get good RNG to buy the “Demonslayer's Hat” blueprint to convert some of my cold damage from Amarasta’s Blade Burst and a couple of my other skills to more vitality damage.
This is one of my few builds I have not followed anyone’s advice on and so far so good.
Keeping my fingers crossed. 😊
It's kind of basic, but certainly fun. I am trying to go full physical and get a lot of attack speed.
After many years still my favorite melee build, only need tuning for new patches
