Iron well spend.
Personally feel GD is an absolute steal at any discount, but i'm also a fanboi and ofc have the hindsight of knowing the amount of enjoyment i got and continue to get out of it, which hindsight aside enjoyment levels can/will still vary for people even if still good game for them.
i can't say how or what the game will be discounted in the future, but devs recently alluded to (while not knowing for sure/not present of that decision) summer sale potentially not getting as deep discounts as previous because of the upcoming updates+expansion, while also not being sure about future discounts

whether you/someone think 60% is fair on its own or more/less fair when factoring in previous discounts is not for me to determine, all i can say, with aforementioned fanboi caveat, imo it's well worth it even if you didn't get the 15% extra off.
likewise here i have to disagree, again potential fanboi blinders on, but imo the expansions are fantastic, and while more expensive than the base game, add so much content the price is more than fair.
One of the reasons might be people think of them as the way modern "dlc" are, when Ashes of Malmouth and Forgotten Gods are more akin to true "older times" expansion, in this case think Lord of Destruction for Diablo 2, not CoD map-pack.
They are actual "real"/full fledged expansions, with the additional "stuff" to go with (including new classes)

^worth to mention a lot more stuff has been added since then, not just items and small stuff but extra areas and bosses and dungeons and features like Monster Totems https://forums.crateentertainment.com/t/grim-misadventure-166-corrupted-wealth/93585
etc etc
But, of course, I won't shame you for not having enough money, or not willing to spend last money on the game. Everyone has their own life circumstances. And yes, what Hurricane said, check other stores. Grim Dawn has been out for a while, may be there are cheaper offers on the market.
These 3 places are the only ones that's officially sold for this particular game
Hopefully autumn or winter sale this year will offer the best discount and will pick it up by then.
Edit: I bought it with the current discount. Just an extra 7 dollars difference, no big deal. I am pretty much a frugal person.
Yeah ... Crate is a small, independent developer. If you like the game, be nice to the devs and support them (by buying it from a legitimate source that'll actually give them their share).
that's the general "gamble", it's hard to determine what a discount might be in the future, if it's not one of those games sorta semi set in stone/"doing that same fixed discount for 5-10years+"
is also why i linked the dev's remark during summer sale about discounts potentially not being as high as before, also even if Z wasn't stating that for certainty
