there is normal and can opt into veteran mode if you want more of a challenge, and once you complete the game there are higher tier difficulties to go through the game again like diablo.

can you change it IN game. I mean during game? or its is fixed once you start playing?

exit to menu and start again but select veteran. if it's possible that is the only way to do it.

Normal/Vet, Elite and Ultimate use differents map and quest log so is not possible to change inside the game
