What prefix / suffix items dismantle to Ectoplasm?

my 85 Warder (Ultimate) is struggling to farm Ectoplasm. On average, areas like Steps of Torment drop 1 Ectoplasm about every other run, and 1 Vengeful Wraith every 7 runs. Considering that I need about 20 more Ectoplasms for some current crafting projects, It's fairly obvious that there is a monumental amount of tedious work ahead. I'm trying to think outside the box.

1) By chance, has anyone noticed a patern to dismantling items. Do any particular prefix / suffix combos dismantle into Ectoplasm or Vengeful Wraith?

2) Are there any secret vendors that sell Ectoplasm even on rare occasion? (Cost is not an issue. My Warder would gladly pay 10k iron per Ectoplasm, if any vendor would sell.)

It seemed like farming Ectoplasm was easier at lower levels, the drop rate just seemed better.

2 ghost merchant in SoT can have some rares to sell not always though, the hidden merchant in blood grove, rover merchants including the one in act 1

Also farm the cave in arkovia with the purple ghost boss and the shrine. Its RNGesus cursing you if you dont come out of there with at least one ectoplasm.

I've been checking the hidden merchant in blood grove. he has some good stuff, but I've never seen him carry Ectoplasm. I'll start checking the Rover merchants, that's a good idea.
