if not, here are the most important features for me:
debuff icons and better (more visible) hp bera of monsters (heroes+). this is absolutely crucial one.
being able to see player's oa-da-dealt dps and debuffs.
wider (like, significantly) pick-up range and ability to auto-loot rares. for now it's very painful to play SR as one needs to literally step on souls to pick them up which slows the game down a lot.
I am a type of person who feels guilty using mods or even tools such as this (and stash tools of the like), but I did try Grim Internals a long time ago.
I think the main features that I like in games like this, and that I would only ever use if they were official, are ones that let me quickly get an idea about loot quality by coloring the affixes. Damage numbers are great. Autopickup of some more things could be useful. Health bars are neat. But GD is already king for me, so whatever is clever.
I agree 100%, particularly on hardcore.
The auto loot improvements are really important for me because it helps with wrist fatigue, which was a big issue in PoE.
Easier to read health bars is very useful.
Breakdown of dps and defensive statistics is incredibly helpful when working on a build.
Obviously you won’t add teleports, but if you aren’t going to, I think there needs to be thought put into alleviating how time consuming getting to certain farms can be, or the downtime between farm runs. Another person suggested custom blue portals, which could be interesting, especially if you tie it into a resource sink with limited uses (i.e. x iron bits buys y teleports)

Some other things I've thought of since then;
Nullification warning is really, really important in Hardcore. Honestly, I think nullification is an incredibly unenjoyable mechanic, but if it's going to stay, this is a big deal and one of the only reasons I managed to get to level 100 and beat both expansions on ultimate hardcore.
Marking items that give illusions we do not have (GI adds the option to add a * to the name).
While not GI specific, improvements to loot filtering could go a long way when it comes to QoL. Stuff like colouring affixes/affix tiers, ability to hide combinations we do not want, and so on.
The monsters of Cairn will have no shelter from my mace and shield. Let the bashing continue...
I didn't know about teleports in relation to Grim Internals. To my knowledge I never used them. However, picking up all the loot is tedious and I'm one to pick up everything when possible (except grey/white items) to sell. The things that I would like are:
1) Increased stack sizes of crafting items and potions.
2) Auto-looting of green items, crafting items, and whatever else is on the list of auto-lootable items. I'm okay with not auto-looting items that aren't green. It leaves things to pick up if you want them. Also, it would be nice if the filtering system could be improved...or perhaps someone could point me to a post that explains how it works. As it is I don't touch half of the options and select all the others on entering the game with a new character.
I'm sure there's something I'm forgetting, but those are the things I feel add to QoL in the game. I'm on a quest to get good enough to make it to level 100 on hardcore and to finish all the current content with that same character. I've not been successful, perhaps because I like playing odd things or making the odd choice rather than the obvious one. It's not that I haven't tried... I have over 9.7K hours in the game as I write this.
Currently, I prefer GD to Diablo IV--probably because I'm less familiar with it than I am with Grim Dawn, but truthfully I like the world-building for GD way better than Diablo's. The lore of the game has a LOT of untapped potential.
EDIT: Another minor thing I liked was the inclusion of the item icon/picture in the tooltip for the item. It helped me decide how to pack my bags... lol.
Anyway, I don't want to add anything that would be game-breaking. I just want QoL. I want to move at a decent speed that doesn't make me feel like movement itself is the reason I might get wiped out. But I didn't like the option to speed up the game itself. I like how the game is set up so you can increase your speed as you level up. I think I'm just rambling now, so I'm done.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS
The function i really need personally is the auto pickup of rares.
