Has anyone Slay Warden Krieg on Veteran Mode before reaching level 11, without using shared / transfer items?
If you have, I bow to you like the Ewoks to C3PO. 😊

EDIT: After many deaths, I'm no longer having fun attempting this, so I'm going to stop trying for this achievement. But I am very, very thankful for everyone's input. Thank you so much. 😊

I haven't... Ngl, I want to test if I join MP just to jump to him under lvl 11 and kill him using the other player's help... I wonder if that counts...

yes, this is very simple, just pick inquisitor, one point in stormbox and putting rest in lightning tether; just circle around unbreakable table in his cellar and watch how tether slowly melted him down

the key isn't really merely to use transfer items, it's picking a solid class/build that happens to be sorta "strong for the level", itemwise you can get by with what drops, tho ofc with a bit of RNG things can go smoother. and there is no denying shared stash can make it easier like lokarr and wargem.
Every class has the ability to do it, even something as fragile as skeleton builds, (which krieg will 1 shot the summons each time 😂), can do it with a bit of patience and practice.
Getting a starter tier 1 devo is pretty big too imo
remember: you don't have to level and become lvl 10 on Veteran, you can start on Normal, get set and ready, then switch when you ding 10 and teleport to krieg
^just run past everything to reach and unlock shrines and portals, then "grind" the last 2 levels doing "whatever", then when level 10 switch to vet and run past everything in lab to get to krieg

I understand the don't level past 10 and run past everything part, but is anything quest locked and will not let you proceed until you do it?
If it is, it is going to be real close to not make level 11.

not sure what you mean by quest locked?
there is nothing preventing you from just going straight to krieg
only thing that's gated off is access to the inner prison and XY npc like inventor or blacksmith you need to find in the wild, and the DC basement with Viloth+the shrine there
but none of that is necessary to complete the task to kill krieg before lvl 11

I have not attempted this achievement yet, so I was asking the question.
Some games, they have quests that won't let you get to point C until you have done B.
Will, Grim Dawn allow you to get to the Warden before you are given the Warden quest?
If yes, will it give you the achievement for killing the Warden before the Warden quest.

yes, there's no region block by quest that early on. Well, except past Homestead since both gates are closed if you do not complete the quest to bring Ulgrim back to Homestead.

Killing hardcore Warden before level 11 was honestly not that difficult. I ran a shaman and dumped every point into briarthorn as I skipped everything I possibly could on the run up to the wardens room. The briathron was able to tank Warden Krieg without issues.

I vaguely recall (long time ago) doing exactly as kreeg did so can attest to its validity. Just take sham and load up on briarthorn, he'll slap the Warden around no problem.

Also long ago, and also shaman. Can't remember if I did briarthorn or wind devil. Either way it is the same. Just run to the warden and during the fight just run wide circles around him while resummoning your attack.

Yep, I did it with Shaman and Briarthorn. Ran past as much as possible, grabbed all the shrines I could to get a devotion going and then I think I got to him at L9.

Yes, did it in co-op together with my gf with our second characters. We were still new to the game (main characters were around level 40-80), so it was pretty hard.
