bounty making no sense at all

Coven bounty:

Go Broken Hills where find a Mist Troll Shaman. Only there isn't any any where. Go to the next map, no Shaman there either.

I looking for the Recipe for a Talisman or whatever they are called. There ins't any Mist Troll Shamans in smugglers pass either.

Guide

• The Mistborn Talisman[grimdawn.fandom.com] Relic can be crafted at any Blacksmith or recovered from the player stash.
  
  
• It is necessary to have have found the blueprint to complete this bounty.
  
  
• You will need a Troll Bonecrusher two-handed mace to craft the relic. This may drop at the same time the blueprint is dropped.

You can also purchase a white/normal Troll Bonecrusher for super cheap in Fort Ikon.

the mistborn relic blueprint is a fixed drop from only 2 bosses, you need the blueprint before you can solve that bounty
suggest you farm Voldrak if you don't have the blueprint since he's fastest
the trollstick voldrak can also drop, or can be bought in Blood Grove from hidden merchant

*personal note, i don't recommend doing bounties if you're on Normal difficulty,
they are sorta a "trap" in that they scale rep reward based on difficulty, so gives lowest and "generally not worthwhile" amount of rep on Normal - unless you are close to a reputation threshold and need it, tho the relic bounty is the only decent one if one has to

The blueprint drops from two different bosses. FOr more info. click the Mistborn Talisman link in my post above in the guide section.

Also, those two bosses just so happen to drop Troll Bonecrushers. It will be purchase one from the vendor in Fort Ikon than any other source. Trying to get one to drop from a normal or hero monster will probably take the most time.

I just killed all the bosses. I will try and kill those bosses in Smugglers Pass again.

I really don't like looking at guides. You shouldn't have to. The game should behave correctly.

the items are available on Normal
like i said, they are fixed drops - but it's still an ARPG so you have RNG involved in drops
blueprint has 18% drop chance, troll strick has, 30'ish? i think, or guaranteed spawn at the special merchant

The game 'behaves' just fine. Your choice not to follow my instructions or read a guide is the source of your willful frustrations.

I will read your instructions. How is the game behaving fine when it tells you to go to Broken Hills where Shamans have blueprint.

There are no Shamans in Broken Hills or Barren Hills. There are in Smugglers Pass.

I'll keep trying. Change the difficulty and see that helps.

I'll keep on killing Voldrik till give it up! But that has nothing to do with the bounty. It Should be you meet some people that tell the trolls moves to smugglers pass etc.

That blueprint has only 15% or so chance to drop, so it took me 10 boss kills to get it. One Boss version lives inside cave with ogres and zombies + green poisonous secret zone. The other one lives to the right of Burrwitch Village across the broken bridge (you have to repair it) in the bottom part of swamp.

He also drops mace crusher to use that print, but low drop chance. (mostlikely you will need several of their maces for few of these talismans)
