@Palupuka - same here. Been away for a time so want to get back into playing it but can't.
Have followed the other fixes listed in the document but no joy.
Also, it might also be worth mentioning that when I press Alt-Enter to switch from full screen to windowed - the game switches and the game window view is magnified so only the character is visible but none of the edges of the screen. Mouse however is confined to the screen edges. I did use to run the game in 4k when I had a 4k panel however have had a 1440p monitor for a while now. The settings aren't saved in the cloud too are they? Might try another install without cloud saves enabled to see how that goes.

Edited the line resolution to say 2560 1440 (it was previously at 3840×2160), saved the file and started the game. Works fine now! :)
