Some key notes;
1. He deals mostly Physical and Chaos damage with some Fire damage sprinkled in.
2. He has a projectile that can remove all your buffs.
3. He can reduce all your resistances as well as reduce your overall health.
4. He disrupts your skills for 2 seconds following his charge attack, so be aware of that.
5. He can also reduce your damage by a significant amount.
6. He has significant Fire and Lightning resists (in comparison to his other resists), so plenty of RR for these damage types is a must if that's the damage type of your build.
You will want to take note of his very telegraphed projectile attack that removes your buffs. The resist reduction mixed with his significant Physical and Chaos damage numbers will really hurt a lot of builds, if not kill them outright when performed in succession.
Casters would prefer a fairly large area in which to kite him around, and use in-game obstacles to deflect his debuff projectile. Melee will want to do the same with his projectile, though they will need significantly higher Physical and Chaos resistances if they want to tank him.
If you can properly kite him, avoid his debuff projectile, and have decent armour/physical & chaos resists (with some Fire/Chaos resist overcaps) then the fight is quite manageable. It'll likely take some practice before you can take him down consistently.
