arcanist? mono-class? that could spell trouble eventually.
Just a note, if you are already struggling with just Warden, you might be in for a rocky road, as most builds, even with mediocre gear, should have no trouble killing Krieg even on Elite.
You might be looking at a potential major overhaul if that's the case, since he should really not pose much of a problem, being about the easiest boss there is around. Specially if you have have the fundamentals covered, like resists.
if you're playing single class arcanist, as mentioned above, you're going to have a hard time. Krieg is not hard compared to later bosses, and if he is one-shotting you then you probably have some combination of the folowing:
1: not enough health (put points in mastery bars)
2: not enough resists (use components on your gear to cover gaps)
3: no points in mirror of ereoctes (easy fix, put one point in it)
4: not enough armor/armor absorption (harder to fix as arcanist, since your physique will probably be too low to equip heavier armors
First i'd like to point out a lack of components, assuming missing recipes could be a factor, but you should definitely get some Scaled Hide[www.grimtools.com] in your shoulder and chest, and an Ancient Armor Plate[www.grimtools.com] in legs, and Mark of Mogdrogen[www.grimtools.com] in boots, and either Leathery Hide[www.grimtools.com] or a
Prismatic Diamond[www.grimtools.com] in head <- some of these recipes you can get easily from vendor/reputation even
aside from that you are missing some devotion points, seems like you didn't clear Normal Shrines carefully enough, you are missing at least 5 base game, and then ofc there are 5 in AoM too, so that's like 10 more devotion points you could get https://grimdawn.gamepedia.com/Shrines
Missing devotion points aside, your devotion points are not really great, less so considering how squishy you are, you want, dare i say need, circuit breakers to help you not get crushed. Turtle for instance, heals like Behemoth or Chariot, hell even Dryad could be helpfull. And seeing as how you are going for elemental dmg with Panetti and Trozan you should really, really, consider some Resist Reduct in form of Rhowans crown possibly Solael's Witchblade or Murmur and or Ultos/Viper.
^problem you will have with those is ofc they wont be leveled very much when you do a respec, so their immediate benefit will be somewhat slight.
Something to consider would be Maiven's Sphere, can reduce your incoming dmg by 20%, which can be pretty helpful. Don't be affraid of taking out a few points in "dmg" to allocate in something more defensive or sustaining. Dead characters don't deal dmg anyway.
an example with some conservative/defensive devotion changes, component changes, and minor skill changes https://www.grimtools.com/calc/M2g1n8yZ
personally i'd really love to go deeper into Occultist, getting Vulnerbility for debuff and Blood of Dreeg for heal, but kept these changes small just to show how easy it is to get more armor, hp and resists. can still be improved more by further Skill and devotion changes, which i'm sure you will see in one of the other guy's suggestions.
Your gear is actually pretty solid so only thing to really spiff up there is components and augments[www.grimtools.com](really grab some augments, specially missing on rings and amulet, and keep remembering to replace them when you change gear)
there are wands and off hands that give +2 +2 to skills for each hand and you can get them around level 30. i beleive in the first act? do some research and you may find it but here is a build guide that i am using right now.
