And as for reasons to stick with Kymon's Chosen... well, you get achievments for completing their quest line on Ultimate and for attaining Revered status with them. Does that count?
A not too uncommon strat is to pick the one you like less for Elite, and buy ALL the augments you can possibly get that are useful for that character, then in Ulti swap to the one you prefer long term.
Anyway, @OP, yea, the ending for Kymons is rather... interesting. I do wonder how it will play out. Both endings do need more fleshing out, but I suspect that will come naturally as we get more expansions, which will let the Devs add more content for both. I personally suspect that the factions will get another rep level when we get Act 5, and maybe Act 6 if we get that (I suspect that is going to be the end personally, nothing past 6 would make real sense. Act 5 would be build up to 6, and 6 would be us going to the capital for the final showdown with the Aetherial menace).
Wait a second, The Order quest line ends with a multi-boss battle inside their hq. Kymon's ends with a mundane conversation with a lava lamp. No contest.
