Is High Priest Rolderathis supposed to regenerate all of his health?

I was doing pretty well again him despite his level color being purple, and then he suddenly has full health again. Is this some power he has or what? It isn't listed on his wiki page if so.

Either he's got a heal spell or there was a skeleton priest nearby. Probably a priest.

Skeleton priest for sure. Watch for the yellow aura and always kill them first or they'll heal the others.

Damn, thanks. I didn't even know to look for these yellow auras because I don't recall ever encountering this enemy type before this boss battle. I legitimately thought it was some weird glitch. If there was ever a time for a tutorial message to notify me of something important, it would have been there.

Seems kind of silly to me that such an enemy suddenly spawns among a group of standard enemies and then heals a boss enemy instantly. Do these enemies spawn frequently in Old Arkovia? All undead character designs look so similar that I may have not noticed it before.

The skeleton priests will show up in pretty much any of the indoor areas full of skeletons. Don't recall seeing any outdoors.

They can spawn anywhere the undead are, think outside the exit of Cronley after you beat him, there are revenenats and priests and warlocks there.

Ah yes, the devious priest flanks. They slowly waddle in off-screen and before you realize it, boss is at full health again.

After a while you get in the habit of sniping any yellow-glowing enemies before even touching the boss.

Nevermind. Just ran into two in a row outdoors. Way to prove me wrong, game.
