The faction armor is a tad underwhelming, and I'm sad there's not empowered versions of the rings/medals at Revered, but there are still a few pieces from different factions that can be quite useful to certain builds.
If you have the iron to spare, I would definitely recommend buying the writs at least for Black Legion, Outcast (if you side with her), and whichever of the two sides you ally with Kymon's Chosen/Death's Vigil. These reputations seem to level slower than the rest and the extra 50% makes the final leg from Honored to Revered not feel like such a grind.
Then once you have hit max rep, I would very much recommend stocking up on Mandates to use on any future characters you may make. Using the mandates makes reputation gains go twice as quick, so I usually end up hitting Revered with nearly every faction by the end of Elite without need for much farming or even bounties.
You can check yourself what will be available myself I consider many can be useful, I used many augments and change them often, sometimes just for a boost for a combat.
As said above, augments and rings only stuff that hold any value. The rest could dissappear and I wouldnt miss it.
