The +rep for killing her is pathetically low and she does not have a unique item-drop. So unless you just really hate witches (even though technically you are one too) you are not going to be "farming" her. She doesn't even have any dynamite.
But keeping her as a friend gives new quests and new items to be purchased.
Yes I happen to agree with that. I did some research and there are 3 different option you can go with at minimum. LOL on dynamite; I always seem to have more than I actually need. I guess that is better than not having any at all.
Back to topic at hand I think I will stick with my method but not until I earn the Writ to Black Legion.
Good gaming everyone!!
No Exceptions Slay Anasteria (The Outcast).
so i gues you could kill her for the sake of achievement hunting? :D
I've read that it only drops from her, maybe you crafted it at the blacksmith?
Still it isn't any good for most builds and you can get it just on one of your characters and let her live on the others.
It doesn't seem like you lose anything else if you let her live, maybe some black legion rep, but it is pretty easy to farm and doesn't justify sucrificing the faction vendor and xp from quests.
I mentioned before that I have no real interest in achievements, so I didn't know she had one. So I guess a completionist player does have reason to kill her. If I ever start a second character and decide I want it, I'd kill her in the first play just to get it over with and then I could still have her shop and quests in the re-plays.
Check this out:

Feels like killing her is practical for Pet builds to get rolling, and not diminishing to have her hostile on Ultimate. Powders (and gear) of hers look interesting for all but pet master and killing her gives small ramp to get Legions rep for rings and medal.
Here's my mask:

And people can view my achievements to see I've never killed her.
I'm not gonna bother attempting to correct it though because I worked on wikia for other games so I already know they want me to list the exact map coordinates, bosses full name, ocupation, bloodtype, mother's maiden name, and the color of the socks he was wearing. None of that is anything I keep track of
Then you dont own the correct one as there are other outcast hoods such as http://gracefuldusk.appspot.com/items/6582-Outcast's-Hood
The Outcasts Secret is ONLY dropped by Anasteria http://gracefuldusk.appspot.com/items/8888-Outcast's-Secret Its known as a monster Infrequent.
How does killing her help out with Pet Builds? Just a little curious on that. Thanks.
