-you maxed a few skills that scale very badly past max level, for example Pneumatic Burst + Shadow Dance, all of the Soldier passives and the Dual Blades line except Execution. Your +skills will take care of getting those skills to max.
-absolutely go up to max Nightblade for a DW Blademaster. Execution is amazing and Blade Spirit is great for proccing Devotion skills like Blades of Wrath. Knives flying over the screen all day.
-Living Shadow sucks. It seriously does. Even in a Bleed build where it works at max potential the Shadow clones barely deal any damage. Pathetically weak for a T3 Constellation skill. The other stuff in Unknown Soldier is good though and since you have the prereqs anyway for Oleron you can keep those.
This is how I would do it. http://grimcalc.com/build/PbwyXKG

My gear gives +5 to nightblade, +1 to soldier and alot of +'s to individual skills
- Full deathmark set
- Belgothian's Carnage relic
- Badge of Mastery
- Grasp of Unchained Might
- Bladebreaker Sash
- Peerless Eye of Beronath
- Belgothian Sigil
- Amarastan Sigil
- Pretty Great Pants
- Windshear Greaves
Does about 33k dps during battle, health is only at 8600 (honestly don't know how other Blademasters go at 10k health) which is rather low, but with enough dps Prowess (Badge of Mastery skill) instantly recharges Pneumatic Burst, so you can spam that for healing. I'd rather put more points in Cunning (56) than Physique (26).
Put a Shard of Beronath on your main weapon for Beronath's Fury (LMB), put your Blind Fury proc on that and you're pretty much spamming Blind Fury. Put Haunted Steel on your other weapon for Bloodthirster (RMB). If you have additional mouse buttons, map shadow strike and pneumatic burst to those. I've got Ring of Steel mapped to my spacebar and blade barrier to > as my panic button. I've put Blades of Wrath on Whirling Death since it's best to use if you're surrounded, Bull Rush on Amarasta's Quick Cut and Assassin's Mark on Belgothian's Shears. I don't use Blade Spirit because on paper it sounds good, but in practice it doesn't do enough damage. Dump whatever points you have in the end in Circle of Slaughter. The damage mitigation the Ring of Steel skill gives is huge. Or you can put them in Shadow Strike, but if you want to spam that, you're probably better off with a Witchhunter.
Make sure you at least join Kymon's Chosen once for the Kymon's Will augment which has a similar effect to War Cry. Survivor's Ingenuity will give you a big boost to your dps. Apart from that, add augments and components to round out your resistances. Oh and you'll need at least one Arcane Spark component so you don't become an energy potion junkie.
As soon as I hit level 75 the game became ridiculously easy.
