Look at the main map of the world and you will get an idea of where you are at by area such as Burrwitch, or Lower crossing. Those names are on map and your mini map will will clue you in.
As you get closer, a star will appear on the edge of your minimap and then you can follow that to the next part of quest.
If you need your hand held I have a complete quest guide in the guides section with screeshots and names of quest givers with areas of where to go to get quests and where to conclude them.
I would recommend just exploring and in due time you should find most. Some are abit harder to find and are not in the main hubs so explore it ALL.
Properly exploring the map along the route will also uncover most everything you need just by simply... Uncovering the map.
Questing is kinda different at first but as time goes on, you get used to it, or not.
Grim Dawn was not made to hold your hands. Go play Morrowwind, Diablo or Diablo2. People got spoiled by WoW and other MMorpgs that added that to attract new players.
If your screen is cluttered with quests that irrelevant or that you don't want to do, open your quest book and click them to turn them off.
I can only think one quest that is hard to find it's in the shaded basin.
Name a few quest you had issues with??

Stop trolling kthx
Didn't play Titan Quest then.
As said, you can untick quests so they don't show, any quests that are completed vanish anyway. Game saves almost continuously and the fan base actually voted to drop the save button very early on in development iirc.
Just explore everywhere, you'll find all the quest locations as you go along. If you get really stuck there's always the Wiki.
