Put Apothecary's Sign in the next patch

Is it a bug? is it actually in the game? I'm completely serious; I don't think another hundred crucible runs will get it to drop.

Both the regular and Empowered versions of Apothecary's Sign are in the game and do drop, but they seem to be a very low chance. I have found countless duplicates of many other items but very few of the Signs.

Is it only me or does jewelry (amulets, rings, medals) actually have lower drop chances than items from the other categories? So far I'm keeping all my legendary and epic items (must be several hundreds by now) in several mule characters, but oddly only very few of these are jewelry.

So many items can drop; I don't think medals and jewelry are less likely to drop.
Although, I do get quite a lot of Templar's Leg Armor and Dreadnought Footpads, so I might be wrong.

I have had 7 epic amulets 5 epic rings 2 legendary badges and a legendary ring and amulet today so it might just be me having really good luck or you having really bad luc. Good old RNG none of them were the apoth sign though I did get the ring and gloves today for the 5646457 time.
