BUG: Sacred Ashes Quest Blueprint Vanishes on Use

So I finished this quest (http://grimdawn.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sacred_Ashes_(Kymon%27s_Chosen)) and the random blueprint reward I got was for Conflagration - which is sweet, cause that's great for my build - but upon using the blueprint, it didn't show up at the Blacksmith. Bummers. What gives?

could it be because conflagration is a level 2 relic and therefore displayed in a separate, lower section of the relic crafting screen? Sorry to ask something so basic but it's worth checking.

Fair guess! Afraid it wasn't appearing there, either. Seems to have vanished into the ether somehow.
