Loyalty to the Three (Forgotten Gods)

What do you recommend to choose in first playthrough as a Cabalist? For summoning pets it seems Byscilla the way to go? Or better save her for higher difficulties? Has someone an overall idea about this quest and can give some advice pls to not make some mistake here?

You will be friendly with all 3 factions regardless of choice, only thing what matters and changes are u get quicker rep and different quests.

No, I don't think it matters there either. Faction choice doesn't change your item drop chance to my knowledge.

look at the items for sale that will help ur decison. Its depends on ur playstyle. I usually choose Dreeg or Byscilla for such a char. If im definately going poison i tend to choose her. Just because it seems right. But Dreeg has Necro stuff too. Again its ur choice. And u get all factions in the long run.
