I also really haven't seen "The Runebinder" set being used a lot too, it has 3 big supports and it kinda overwhelms instead of attracting me to use it on any of my future inq builds.
There are no useless set in Grim Dawn, just some easier to build around than others due to higher base power/stat coverage.

I thought we were discussing what's viable (= not useless, and I mean, SR90 is a heck of viability), and not what is optimal.
Unfortunately Winter is right. Pre nerf it was great...post...not so good. Can use, sure, better options in almost any build...yes. Elemental damage (as in using fire/cold/lit as main dmg) is typically weak compared to a single source. However, the belt remains my favorite piece as it is one of the few belts that has phy res on it.
