it's MUCH (more than dosen time) more easier to bye blueprint from vendor in morgoneth dungeon than wait for random drop of it (because there is none special mob, location or boss that drop this blueprint)

I have a bunch of them on hardcore if you want some. I made like 20 of em trying to get the right one... it was such a waste of resources lol. The guy I was making one for died shortly after I finally made the right one :/
Getting the blueprint isn't that hard. Took me about 9 runs to the vendor to get the right one. There's no real hard bosses blocking you from getting there.

I think you can just run back to the previous area in order to reload the vendor who sells the blue prints. Definitely takes a ton of resources to craft the one that you want.

you can farm them normaly, and the npc only sell the blueprint at elite-ultimate difficulty.
