Plague Doctor

Does anyone know if there are any mods that add plague doctor masks to the game?

First place I would look is the Dawn of Masteries mod. Sadly there is no database for it though. It shouldn't be hard if you use GDstash though.

Does that just add classes or new armors to the game as well?

It adds an enormous amount of classes and items. This link is a spread sheet of all of the masteries and what the names of combined masteries are. Steam will flag it but it is quite interesting. You can pick it up for free on nexus. Oh yeah, you can also switch between mods and the vanilla grim dawn very easily at will.
