how to change background music?
is there any way to do this? mods or else?

Buy the Soundtrack to play in the background.
You can use |<< and >>| (most keyboards have these buttons) to skip around the tracks without exiting the game, or alt+tab to select a track from the list if you need to.

I decided to make you a guide to address the other way you can tackle this question. The "harder" more involved "mod" way. Which actually isn't all that hard to do, quite frankly, even tho there are a number of steps you must take. After you've done it once and know the way, tho, it's a piece of cake.

Do note, however, that the above mentioned way is the easiest way and what you honestly should do in the majority of cases. But if you find you'd rather override the game's music directly, or change the game's actual sound effects even, then you might want to read thru my below guide..
