How the prefixes and suffixes pool work?

For example, I found Warped Spectral Warmaul of Alatracity. Fixes gives 72 Aether Damage and ~23% Attack Speed. Both are listed as Magic(yellow) fixes while Spectral Warmaul is Rare(green) weapon. Green weapons can wield both yellow and green affixes while yellow weapons can only wield yellow affixes?
Can I find the same Spectral Warmaul with yellow prefix and green sufix?
Last question, all weapon affixes are available to any weapon? How is the table organized?

I do use GD Database site to search, but some things are strange, like Spectral War Axe which is listed as common, while it is Magic and really rarely Green.

Uhh yeah green I think denotes either MI or having at least one rare affix. Though yellow affixes can appear on either.

Double rare affixes on a MI item are super difficult to get but very powerful.

Affixes are separate "entities" to the items. All the gray, yellow and green items that can be crafted or found on mobs can spawn with one or two yellow or green affixes (which always are, in case of two, one prefix and one suffix). The item, in the end, takes the rarity and level requirement of the highest rarity/level part (item, prefix or suffix).
Also yes, all the affixes are available to every item that can roll them, provided that they're of the same category. Rings for example have different affixes than legs.
Finally, there are some purple affixes too - some of these are erroneously applied on Grim Tools to green items, but in truth they can be applied only to very specific purple items (Conduit of Whispers amulets and Badge of Mastery).

Thank you both, I guess some vitality prefix would be better than Warped, but this item is already better than my Mithycal Death's Reach with it.
